Yacht Delivery & Crew Rates

Our rates are competitive and transparent, designed to provide you with exceptional value for your boat or yacht delivery needs. Pricing is tailored to the specific requirements of your voyage, taking into account factors such as vessel size, distance traveled, and duration of the journey.

Captain & Crew Fees

Captain

Pricing between $450 to $700 per day. This pricing depends on the size of the vessel, route, and delivery time frame.
For voyages requiring 24-hour coverage, pricing will vary based on crew requirements.

Crew

$100 - $200 per person, per day
Larger vessels may have minimum requirements for crew. This will be determined during your quote.

Travel Expenses Fees

Provisions & Supplies

Pricing is based on the length of the trip and the number of ports of call along the route, with an average rate of $30–$50 per person per day.
Additional essential expenses for the passage—excluding food—are billed separately and are determined after the Captain’s inspection of the vessel.

Transportation Cost

Transportation costs cover travel expenses for the Captain and crew to reach the vessel’s location.
Following delivery, return transportation for the captain and crew to their original departure point will be provided as needed.

Fuel, Dockage, Transit Fees

The owner will be responsible for the cost of fuel, oil, and any other consumable expense.
A deposit will be required based on the planned route. Any additional cost will be due upon delivery.
Dock fees are the responsibility of the owner. Captain and crew will stay aboard while in port or anchored.
All transit and port charges will be estimated before departure and charged at the owners expense.
There are no markups on any of the charges incurred during travel. All cost are billed as-is directly to the to the owner.
Upon delivery, a detailed invoice—including original receipts and an itemized expense report—will be provided for final payment.
